I had an overall good experience. Had to wait a little for service but once i got helped the test drive experience was no hassle. They took my id and insurance info and let me go alone for my drive. so that was good. The vehicle i saw had a different price from the online advertisement and the purchase was at the lower price. The taxes were a bit high but thats to be expected in the Lynnwood municipality. the title fees are based on where you live though so these guys adjusted for my address and the cost went down slighlty. I probably should have negotiated for a lower price based on the mileage of the car i chose but it was in such great condition i decided the price was fair to a good value still. the check engine light did come on a few days later and i suspect it was probably cleared to get the car sold but the issue is minor and something i can fix myself. i dont know why car dealers dont bother to fix underlaying issues and keep customers happy to earn reapeat business and referalls so i was a little unhappy finding out about the light. but again luckily the issue was minor, just dont know why the dealer didnt resolve it. i guess they want to keep repair overhead to a minimum but repair cost are easily absorbable by repeat business and referralls. overall im happy with the car i got and would probably buy from here again. from what i noticed this seemed like a quality used auto dealer and the vehicles vary in good selections and the purchase process was good. This is a solid lot. Im happy with my puchase for my sons first car.

We had our vehicle pre-inspected before purchase and William went above and beyond in his customer service and fairness when a few issues came up in the report. He was knowledgeable and fair to work with. We would return and buy another vehicle from this location. A++++

Hey everyone if your looking for a car or truck check out kindred auto sales I’ve bought two trucks from them with the help of will he’s a great sales rep there every car dealership I’ve been to i feel like they try to get the most money that they can get out of you at kindred auto sales almost everything there is below market price but somehow I still get incredible vehicles my first truck would of lastted twenty years had someone not totaled it if your looking for an honest salesman ask for will he even paid for the brakes to be redone on my second vehicle with money out of his own pocket and made sure it was a safe dependable vehicle for me

This is a great dealership right here. Will, the owner is a good man, is genuine, kind and very generous. When I was going to buy my car, he even got me Lyft to the dealership because i was over an hour away and I told him I was going to take the bus there. That should tell you a lot. The salesman is a great guy too. Just great people here. Unlike most dealerships who are more about money and less about caring about the customer, these people would deal with you as human to human and give you a great experience. If there’s anything you’re not happy about, just be open and respectful about it and they will take care of it for you. I would highly recommend them.

Had a great experience here. I came to buy a used car and test drove two different cars that I really liked after I decided to go with a volkswagen golf tdi. Will was so helpful and went above and beyond to help fix and little issues the vehicle had before I took it off the lot. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from this dealership. They don't just treat you like a number here but like family. I was worried about some of the reviews I read after I bought a car here and didn't do a pre purchase inspection. After taking the car home went to get a oil change and a inspection and was informed that this car was a good buy it didn't have many problems just a couple oil leaks and need have a new feul filter, so had the autoshop repair the couple oil leaks so overall great place to purchase a used car will go back here in the future if I'm in the market for a vechile thank you kindred Auto Sales:) the radio does have a little problem. when we test drove the car the radio seemed good. But when we came back after the wind shield got replace there is a weird clicking noise, though it only happens when the radio face plate is on and they went out of there way to look at it and check the wire. we came to that it must be a internall stereo issue, so I'm just going to have a new radio replace not a huge problem for a car that I love. Overall, great service and great priced vehicles!

This dealership is so wonderful! We bought a car for my son here, and the whole process was really smooth and easy. The guys are honest and really helpful and kind. Because our first experience was so good, we returned a few months later to get my daughter a car too! I will definitely be recommending this place to anyone who I know is looking for a vehicle. I know we’ll keep giving them our business if we need anything in the future! Great place!

I recommend this auto place. Before buying a car I ask will if I could barrow and use a OBD reader. I ran the diagnostic and everything came back good. That's huge for a dealership to be willing and transparent. Also printed out carfax report for me. I'll buy a car again from kindred auto sales!
